Anyone who wants to elevate their training and interested in learning more high skilled movements involved with competing in the sport of CrossFit (whether it be local competitions, the Open and/or Regionals). While there are no entry standards to get into the competitor’s class, anyone interested should be comfortable with completing movement standards as prescribed.
What does it entail?
Each workout will be ~2 hours. Class will be higher skill and volume. We will go through weightlifting, skill. gymnastics work and a metcon. There will be less coaching than a typical class (as coaches will also be participating) This class is open to athletes outside of our community as well. The goal is to compete and push each other to be better.
