A women's only functional fitness program Monday - Wednesday - Friday 6:30am / 6:30pm
Sweat is a women's only introductory CrossFit class. It is designed for women who are just starting their fitness journey or who are looking for a different style of work out to get out of their routine and achieve the results they are looking for.
Each class is one hour long and is led by a coach from warm up to cool down. You will see body weight exercises, cardio, kettlebells, Dumbbells and barbell movements. Workouts are constantly changing to stay challenging and fun. The best part is you are not alone! Group classes are the number one way to stay motivated and accountable.
Our program is opening up to 15 spots.
We are looking for women who:
-Are willing to commit to the gym 3x per week
- Enjoy working out In a group environment
- Are committed to making a change
